Covenant Capital Group Announces New Hire
Ian Symington joins Nashville-based firm with more than $1 billion in real estate assets under management.
Nashville, TENN. (February 1, 2021) – Covenant Capital Group, LLC, a Nashville-based real estate investment manager that excels at revitalizing and extending the life span of strategically important apartment communities in high-growth southeastern and mid-Atlantic markets, today announces a new hire.
Ian Symington has been hired as an Acquisitions Analyst and will be responsible for identifying and evaluating multifamily investment opportunities in Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, and Virginia.

Prior to joining Covenant Capital Group, Ian worked for Walker & Dunlop for five years in their mortgage banking and investment sales departments. Most recently, Ian was a part of W&D’s multifamily investment sales team, covering Atlanta and Nashville, where he worked on over $750M of closed institutional transactions. Ian holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Major in Finance from the University of South Carolina (2014).
