Richard White
Analyst | Affordable Housing
Richard White is responsible for managing Covenant Capital Group’s affordable housing portfolio. His duties include managing the affordable housing properties across Tennessee and Georgia through site inspections and researching and analyzing the affordable housing market in the Southeast.
Before joining Covenant Capital Group, Richard worked on the multifamily investment sales team at Walker & Dunlop in Nashville. In this role, he prepared Broker’s Opinion of Values and Offering Memorandums for a varied array of multifamily products in the Southeastern United States, as well as performing extensive market research. Richard holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Virginia (2021).
